Summary
A 20-storey officetel on a narrow, elongated site in Cheongdam-dong, addressing both the city skyline and the commercial streetscape below.
The core is positioned to the north and all units face south, maximizing daylight and views within Cheongdam-dong’s elongated site conditions.
The lower levels open onto the street as commercial spaces, while the upper floors accommodate private living and working spaces within one volume.
Stone and aluminium louvers establish a rhythmic façade that, together with evening lighting, becomes a visual landmark on the street.
