Summary

A 47-room boutique hotel in Guro-dong, contrasting a dark façade with warm interiors.

Recessed lower floors and cantilevered upper levels overcome the constraints of a site facing a narrow road, creating a dramatic arrival sequence.

Room layouts vary slightly from floor to floor, offering returning guests a different experience.

A rooftop terrace connected to the penthouse lounge overlooks southwest Seoul’s skyline and forms the hotel’s signature space.
